I don't know if I am in the right forum. But here's my problem: I'm having a problem with gameguard. Everytime I open lineage there will be a gameguard error, and when I fixed it another gameguard error will appear. I've already deleted Gameguard folder from the system folder of lineage 2 then did an update/check of lineage 2 from ncsoft launcher but the error still appear. I've downloaded Gameguard directly from a trusted link and installed it, deleted gameguard from system folder of lineage 2 and checked it again from ncsoft launcher and it works because of direct gameguard download & install. Every time I restart my pc I am encountering BSOD on startup. I did a system restore and it works again.

Two things gotta be considered to determine if gameguard is worth it. Does gameguard actually prevent cheating/hacking? And what are the risks to a players.

But the gameguard that I've installed is gone. I've done everything to fix it.

I'm very hopeless so I've uninstalled the Lineage II. I've encountered: - -.erl error (but I've fixed it because of checking files and updates from ncsoft) - gameguard update has been canceled - gameguard initialization error Sorry but I don't remember the error codes.
