TMLE was designed to make the use of High Definition and Super High Definition textures easier. By default, FSX's maximum texture resolution is set to the 1024x1024 scale. But keep in mind, the airlines are assigned to certain airports, so, if you add say, all the US airlines, this does not mean you will see them at all UK airports. A particularity when using FS9 AI flight plans in FSX, is that any AI fleet that uses FSX flight plans will be disabled. Only the fleets with FS9 flight plans will be visible if you mix both FS9 and FSX AI flight plans. As a example, if you installed WOAI fleets without converting their flight plans to FSX format, then you have disabled FSX default AI fleets: Orbit, Landmark, Pacifica. Will no more show up.
