Hey guys This report contains 2 list of 25,000 “How To” Niche ideas. One is a new and fresh updated “How To” keyword list that was mined on January 1st, 2007. While another one was done awhile back. So in total there will be 50,000 Niche Ideas for you to tap into. The reason that I use “How To” for conducting this research is because I believe this can really tell you what people really WANT TO KNOW. If you know what people WANT, then you obviously will go and create and SELL THEM WHAT THEY WANT.

It could be used for Adsense monetization, affiliate marketing and any other form of monetization. Note: This report is for personal use only. Most, if not all of you, do not need any type of examples of how to use this list to create a website. But just in case some of you are sitting there wondering what to do with these hungry little niches, allow me to give you a very quick and simple example of exactly how I am going to use an idea from the list and how I will research further into the niche to build a site.

My website will have one page each for the following keywords. Now that I have picked a niche idea from my “How To” list, determined that it was profitable, and did my keyword research, it's time to roll up my sleeves and get to the dirty work of writing 20 articles so that I can get my site launched and making money. Personally, I can write all 20 in one day. However I have been writing articles for some time now and can quickly come up with content to write a keyword into. The best way to come up with content quickly is to purchase PLR article packages so if I were having a hard time with crab legs articles then I would search for a package that may cater to this niche and then rewrite the articles.

The numbers you see to the left of the keywords are explained as: 1. The first number is simply the number of the keyword phrase, from 1 – 25,000. The second number is the count. This refers to the number of times the keyword has appeared in Wordtracker's database. As of January 3rd, 2007 there are 303,886,993 keywords contained in the database. So if the count is 21135 then that means that the keyword has appeared 21,135 times out of 303,886,993.

The third number is called the “predicted” number. This is the maximum total predicted traffic for all of the major search engines/pay per bids and directories. It is based on the current 24 hour period.

Note: The Count and predicted is only for the latest 25,000 niche ideas as previously when I did the other niche research I did not manage to pull such data.
